Cancellation & No Show Policy
- 7 days (or more) prior to check-in No Charge
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in 1st Night Charge
- In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made.
- Amendment need to be made not less than 7 working days prior to check-in.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. E-mail cancellations require
acknowledgement from the resort. Refunds will be made by bank transfer.
Remark
- Rates are quoted in Thai baht includes ABF, service charge and VAT.
- Only 2 persons per room
- Extra person charge 400 baht per night / person with ABF included.
- 200 baht (/ night / person) charge for children 4-12 years old occupied
same room with parents without extra bed.
- Check-in time 2.00 pm. Check-out time 12.00 am.
- Visa and Master Card are accepted.
